There's a hidden feature in the health care plan reguarding for those who dont know. So here it is. Starting January 2011 paypal is required to report to IRS your earnings when using paypal. Thought you ebay sellers or sellers that use paypal would like to know this.
 
I never knew about that being in the health care bill, but I did assume paypal did report income, especially if it's tied to a bank account. However many have accounts that are not tied to a bank account which means it would be very hard to track down who the people are as all they would have to go on would be an email account.
