Every year, people in canada come together on the 11th month and the 11th hour of the day to remember those who have paid the ultimate price for our freedom. And every year, people wear red poppies pinned to their shirt/jacket to signify their remembrance of those who gave their lives. If you don't know the signifigance of the red poppy, do some research.

Well, it appears some yuppie university students are trying to change the signifigance of the red poppy and replace it with a white one to be more "politically correct". Talk about a slap in the face of all those who made the ultimate sacrifice......
