Seems rather strange that cops in a flat town like Tampa would need tracks for much of anything. With no blade on the front it can't even be used to remove rioters or their barricades.
 
Dang, that has to be from Yugoslavia or somewhere like that. It seems like it is a farm tractor style.

They do not know how lucky we are, We can drive ours into the lake and fishing all day in our snow cats. If don drives his snot track into a lake it will sink.
Thats It Big Al we can post some photos of our tubs out in a lake with our feet up beer in one hand fishing line in the other. Let them eat there hearts out. They can only dream of such a universal unit.
