Norton anti spam

Well,

I accidentally deleted 2012 e mails when I cleaned out this folder Norton set up in my out look express.

Problem is not all of 2012 emails were spam. Is there a way to get them back?

Why did it pick a date and delete all e mails after August of 2011....

Guesss I should have left it alone.
