Nice Bombi on the Bay

I wonder how these things would do in mud? Sink like a rock, till they sit on the frame?

They will do fine in the mud,to a point, the aluminum tracks are really for snow they made a 18" steel track for summer use. the undercarriages are not really heavy enough for mud use. almost all snow tracked machines are not heavy enough for mud and swamp use. The Bombardier Muskeg with its 16 wheel undercarriage and outer rail will do much better in the mud if you turn to sharp with most machines you are going to leave you track in the mud on the Muskeg with the dual wheels and the outer rail we have never lost a track ever.
