I needed a push mower for down at our river lot. I had bought a couple used lawn boys 10 years ago, and they ran up until a couple years ago. I've been brush hogging the lot since then but that is not as nice as a fresh cut grass, so I did a little home work and bought a push mower from Lowes.
A husquvarna self propelled with a honda 160cc engine. It had some good reviews and was half the price of the honda brand mower ($700).

here are the gory details:

160cc 22-in Self-Propelled Front Wheel Drive 3 in 1 Push Lawn Mower with Honda Engine

Honda GCV 160 series easy start auto choke engine
Front wheel drive provides optimum traction on flat terrain
High rear wheel provides greater maneuverability around trees and other obstacles
Convenient bagger design for easy removal and reattaching
Computer aided deck design accompanied by a premium 3n1 blade provides optimum air flow for a precise cut
Variable speed allows you to mow at your own pace
Dual trigger auto walk features ergonomically designed handles and overmolded grip for optimum comfort
3-year warranty backed by a nationwide network of more than 8,000 servicing dealers
Crown cut blade provides excellent performance whether mulching or bagging

for $349.

3yr warranty
I've never been much of a Husqvarna but with the 3 yr warranty and the honda engine, I took the chance.

I bought a Husqvarna riding lawn mower at lows . frame broke and the company wouldn't deal with me. I had to go to lowes. I later found out it wasn't the same as the one you get at the Husqvarna dealer. the same with the warranty .

I put these on my push mower a few years ago and they work great:

What's a push mower?

Dunno? Maybe something you buy for your wife, like a dishwasher, vacuum cleaner or an ironing board?

Mother's Day is fast approaching, maybe Doc got it for his wife?

:yum: Yep, Bob nailed it. :yum:
