I've browsed here before and finally decided to join.

I'm 36,F, and have a of interests. I'm always looking to meet new people.

I'm just an overweight old guy. I also try to maintain, so i don't have to buy new clothes.

No drugs involved for me.

5 days a week, 1-3 hours a day

About 3k depending on the season of training I'm in.

Your training is for weight, or for appearance? Not that I know the difference. What's your personal bests of its for weights?
