New Hampshire Thiokol

1402 sounds right.. Nixon redid one as his first real snowcat..

That Wisconsin V4 had it work cut out for it to pull that groomer.. It looks pretty big for what 36HP?

No heat and lots of noise! :w00t2:

Maybe fun for some....

Regards, Kirk

Now that I'm all know "pro" on these IMPS :yum::yum::yum: , I would just run that Imp as a 4wheeler...... If one was to put in a water cooled engine in it with a cover, only than it should take on doors... (unless you go through what Jeff & I do with the cover and heat transfer).

Those Wisconsin's are great & reliable, if someone used to pull the drag on it, than it definitely is capable, although I would think its was done at very slow speeds (being that got nice low gearing in the trasnaxle). I'm guessing thats why clutch has gotten sloppy...

If I had the space and the time - I would love to take on another Imp and just make it into a simple and reliable cat, that just "gets around"

Cheers all,... its snowing well... even in Cali !!!
