New guy from PA............

TravisM.1

New member
Hi everyone. I recently found the site in a link on another thread, posted by B_Skurka. Found the site pretty neat and varied, so Ifigured I'd log in, introduce myself and browse around a bit.

Welcome to ForumsForums Travis. We have a nice size clan from PA on here. Which side of the state are you from? I believe the majority of our PA members are from western PA.
Enjoy and post often. :thumb:

Hi Travis, nice to see you here too.

Travis and I know each other from the Olympic Arms Forums. Its the friendliest AR15 forum I've found, and while it is based on Olympic Arms guns, most of the members have a wide variety of AR15 brands, many do their own builds, etc. There is also some great expert advice over there!

Travis, dig around here for a while and see the various topics. We are getting into winter so the SNOWCAT areas really start to become popular now. But if you need to warm up, there are some hidden "adult" forums that are amusing, with jokes and semi-modest photos. Send a PM to "Doc" and he can set your account up to have access to the "Locker Rooms" if you'd like.

You admit to knowing Bob :poke: :yum:

Welcome aboard and have fun. Actually Bob is a pretty good guy. :thumb:

..............SNOWCAT............

Bob speaks the truth. I'm on the "Advisory Council" (fancy name for "Moderator") over there. Anyone thats interested in the AR platform, or even shooting in general, is more than welcome to join up and contribute.
Building an AR is a ton of fun, kind of like Adult Legos.

A SnowCat? Man, I'd love to have one of those, but with the winters we've been having here lately, it's hard to justify the purchase of a new pair of snow boots, let alone a vehicle designed just for the snow.

Seriously, thats what keeps me out of the snowmobile scene, too.

no...No...NO! Too many projects already, no room for more - especially the kind that just beg to absorb time and money! Sure does sound like fun though! :thumb:

I'll just have to watch Bob's thread and help him spend his money. :yum:
