I just went up to the Px, the exchange store, and they had a TV for sale for $562.00. It is a 47" LG LCD TV. I have needed one that works for a long time in the living room but have been putting off buying one, medical bills. Anyway does that sound like a good deal?

I hope it is a good deal, it is now in my office. It says full HD 1080. I dont see any other numbers on the box.

Yep, that is the lowest I've seen a 47" 1080p LCD HDTV for. Sounds like a good deal for sure. :thumb:
I"m waiting for the 55" ones to get a whole lot cheaper.

Good thanks. I always get buyers remorse when I spend much money. They sold out of 50 something inch ones this morning. The manager of the Px sold the floor model for less than my 47 new in the box. It had only been on the floor since sometime after Thanksgiving. Sometimes you can get great deals at the Px, sometimes not. Gotta kinda watch it, but you dont have to pay sales tax.

That's a good deal! I was just looking at a 42" sony hd 1080 for $538 at wallyworld this morning for the gf. She's still watching an old 27" that's about to die. I have to squint my eyes just to make out what's on the screen sometimes since its so blurry.

The only thing i would be sure to check is how many HDMI points it has....we have plenty on ours which are well and truly needed with the DVD player, satalite dish and the PS3 PC ect....even if you do not have much in the form of HDMI at the moment you will be safe to think ahead.
