new dog

Snowtrac Nome

member formerly known as dds
we have added another pooch to our house hold we named him Boss Dog kind of a spin on the dukes of hazard character. he is just like Boss when it comes to sharing food to. he has been around the house for a almost 2 moths now he's about 95% house broken with nothing more than an occasional accident. my daughter knowing Macarthur was not long for this world found this cute little chocolate lab mutt for me he is pretty hyper but is getting to be my buddy which has Sarge pissed. its so funny to see Boss Play it.s like why chase my own tail when I can drag Sarge around by his .

Congrats. Those legs and feet make it appear he will be a good size when full grown. Boss Dog is a good name for him. :thumb:

Doc the problem is the two little dogs have seniority. they are now having a hard time trying to convince him Boss is a name not a position in the family.

I spent money on Sarge but as my labs go I like trailer park trash. they seem to train better, and on the plus side they are free. he is pretty smart he saves all votes for democrats till he gets out side than ho leaves Barock And Pelosie in the neighbors yard or in the back alley next to the sign Macarthur used to lift his leg on when he could still lift a leg.

Nice looking puppy and I agree with you about mutts.

Our newest one is just coming up on 18 months now and housebreaking her was a chore. The point being that she was just too darned smart for her own good. Almost since the day we brought her home she has followed me everywhere. She knew what we did when we went into the bathroom and figured that's where she had to go too. She did it while I was sitting on the throne and she took a dump on the mat in front of the shower. You could just see her mind working.

Thankfully all that is behind us now. I can hardly wait for another year or so until she quietens down some. If she doesn't get a 30 minute run in the morning and the afternoon she makes our 4-year old's, and my wife's, life hell with wanting to play and romp in the house. God, I love that dog. She's a hoot.

Don't think "dog" spelled backwards is a mistake. I have NEVER seen or experienced such unconditional love as I have from my dogs! They have taught me a LOT over the years. Things like, life is short, LIVE it! Enjoy the wind in your face! If there is someone you love, let 'em know. If you want adventure, track it down and run with it. Congrats on the newest member of the family! Hang on and enjoy the ride!
God bless,
Tony
