I've found people on-line that tried to get their money back after they didn't find Nero to their liking. Apparently, Nero doesn't refund people without proof that their products don't work properly on their customers' machines. I found a forum where a member shares his toils with his fellow members. It's got a transcript of a chat and a tech guy's response to the problems. A new law from the power that be behind Nero seemed to make the refund impossible for anybody who wanted it for reasons of dissatisfaction.
Not so, my fellow forum goers. I tried Nero 2016 out and bought it with paypal. I didn't like it and used my paypal account to request a refund from Nero, using Cleverbridge as a go between. I got my refund, so it's possible to get your money. Don't purchase anything Nero offers through its transaction form. Use paypal instead and you can be refunded. Only, don't wait more than 14 days to do it. Nero offers a narrower window to do it than many other companies.
