Gone But Not Forgotten
I Have a friend that lives in Florida they build their own mud buggy most of them are built with the T-16 differentials and the spat military tracks.

He just sent me some photos Looks like a hoot

Average speed they will go is 30-35 some will go 50-55 with Big blocks and nitrous

Almost every one of those rigs has wheels up on the deck above the tracks. Just a spare ?

Isnt that a kid on the port side and a blowup doll to starboard? Do kids and blowup dolls belong at the same party?

Do you have a picture of the T-16 they use?


The center Chunk is like the Bombardiers the Case is like the FN-60 or the GT800 carriers We have some here in machines I will try to get a shot of one today. both of those units use planetaries but in the units they are building they do not or they would never go that fast. and you have to remember in soft muddy conditions they have a lot of slip and offten are spinning the tracks
with a lot of HP and in a no slip state you are going to break something after awhile.:thumb:
