My brother was in a motorcycle accident and is pretty smashed up. His knee has about about had it but at least he was wearing a HELMET!

If you have any prayers to spare please save some for my family because so far this has been a really crappy year.

Definitely will pray for all of you. Hope nothing is a permanent injury. My son rides a Harley and I'm terrified that this will happen to him someday. Sending lots of good thoughts your way.
 
Thank God he was wearing a helmet. Here in California it is a requirement. You'll get a ticket if you don't wear one.

Always wanted a Harley, but I did have a Norton for a while. I'd still like to ride, but with the arthritis and other health problems I don't think it will happen.
 
Prayers are on the way buddy. Good thing he had a brain bucket on, might have saved his life. It's an easy habit to get out of....

Prayers for your bro catman. Love bikes but man they can get ya hurt. Many times due to some motorist not paying attention. A guy I worked was close to retirement and decided to get one more ride in for the season a few Novembers ago. A girl was following and dropped her cell phone, traffic slowed suddenly and she did not. He's in a wheelchair now for the rest of his life. So sad. Hope your brother fairs much better from his accident.
 
My sister called me and said our brother has NO head or internal injuries but one leg is all messed up and both wrists are sprained.
They are waiting for the swelling to go down on his leg before they operate.
Since I can't drive due to my seizures from an accident I had years ago about all I can do is hang out around the house.
Due to the stress I have already had three simple partials seizures and it's still morning here.
 
Last I heard he is scheduled for surgery Friday. After that we can compare X-rays.
