Monstano technology agreement..

I hope it can be recalled here, and I hope some one with legal experiace would read and comment of this agreement. I don't like it one bit, but am forced to sign it if I want to be able to use their technology...

It won't open to any but the last page with my name on it, sorry. Maybe I can find another copy online....

But upon searching online it is not here. I guess they don't want anyone not doing business with them to be able to read the darn thing. Am I surprised? NOT..

Actually you have used the wrong terms, No one is forcing anything.

I am "forced" , as you put it, to sign agreements not to duplicate coupons or sweepstakes tickets if I accept a purchase order to produce them. Exactly the same contractual arrangement.


Further and more analogous, I cannot clone equipment I buy (for my use or to sell to others) if that equipment is proprietary or patented. If I want to use that technology, I must pay for it and not disseminate it to others for my benefit.
