Met my new Snap On dealer this morning

Met my new Snap On dealer this morning, awesome. He wanted to see my shop, I work at home fixing vehicles, semi trucks and heavy equipment on my own for 12 years now. He was amazed by the size of my shop including being told by my previous dealer whom retired in November that he will not have a problem with me not paying. Said I paid him on the spot every time he came. Walked in his truck, loaded well and did not need a thing yet. Handed him 3 broken sockets which he replaced on the spot. Fixed two ratchets of mine too and having him send in my 14.4 3/8 impact in for repair due to trigger issues under warranty I bought in October. My 16 year old son Trevor was in the truck in with me, gave him a pocket screwdriver. Plus handed him a 3/8 Snap On ratchet that he found on the side of the road that needed a kit and fixed it. Said he will be there on Wednesdays and happy with him. Going back to work on Monday anyway

We have a snap-on dealer just down the road from our house. I don't have any snapon but went with my buddy who had a busted bit in one of his sets of tools (he's a heavy equipment mechanic at the college maintaining the automotive technology lab and also all of their equipment). Same service. Replacement no questions asked.

I pay for the service and deal with a Cornwell dealer the same way. Only one I did kick off the property was a Matco dealer 4 years ago, he was a douche. One was with a broken socket, thought I broke it with an impact and did not wanting to warranty it. Learned he lost his franchise after this
