I trade emails with Anita (ICE QUEEN) over in the UK, she's visited us here in the US and my family has visited her in Wales a couple different times. We try to keep in touch.

In November of last year she got sick and needed some help, stayed with friends for a while. Still seems to be doing poorly but, I gather, has partially recovered.

She hasn't been on the Forums or even messing about with either of her SNOW TRACs lately because of her health.

On the bright side she did get a new grandchild, a girl, so that seems to have helped.
 
I knew she had been sick but thought she had come around from that around Christmas time. Have not seen her on here for a while. Hope she can let us know what is up.

She was sicker than she is now, but she's certainly not up to messing about with, and or buying new mechanical toys. Her dog Timba is helping to keep her young.

We had hoped to invite her over to the US sometime this summer.
 
Bob, thanks for the update. Like Muley said, I knew she was sick at the end of last year but weren't we all. I had thought that she was over it by now and back to her old self.

Anita, get well girl and take care of yourself. You hear me?

She is doing somewhat better than she was at the end of the year. Is not back to her 'old self' except that she can still make fun of BigAl and his Krusty :w00t2:
