Love triangle problem

Hi everyone,

I'm in a bit of a tricky situation here and the situation is "The love triangle" and i want to get out of it

I have two boys that love me and I'm the girl stuck in the middle!

I got a school friend who loves me - K.G (Not mentioning the full name)
I even got my college friend who likes me - K.A (Not mentioning the full name)

Don't get me wrong I love them both and now I'm stuck in the middle

This is the story -> The person I known since school K.G me and have been together over a year now as we got together Oct 5 2020, we did become girlfriend/boyfriend in school but we kept breaking up as people kept getting involved and October 1st 2021 my college friend K.A came out of the blue saying he loves me which he hasn't done since 2014/15 when we got together in college.

I know that I need to make my mind up with who I want to be with but it's hard as I love them both and I don't want to upset them both!

Please help me!!!

I would assume you are looking for a serious relationship.

You refer to yourself as a "girl" and the two males as "Boys." Based on the dates given you should all be well over 21 and adults. You might try that approach.

Serious relationships require it.

Which one treats you best, do you click with the most, and could see yourself spending forever with, choose that one.

If neither are super special, and you cannot see yourself still being with them in 50 years, walk away from both.
This time cut ALL ties with the one, or both you cut from your life.

I don't think you should be with either of them. You should work on yourself and discover who you truly are. Unless you're currently in high school, it would probably be in your best interest to view yourself as a woman and any guy you date as a man.
