looking for WTB Snow Trac ST4 chain sprockets

Hi all! Just got very lucky to acquire quite a beautiful 1967 Snow Trac ST4. She's in need of only a few repairs, but one of these is a new set of chain drive sprockets (not the sprockets for the tracks.) I found a local machinist who could manufacture a set, but it's pricey as heck- checking here in case anyone knows of a stockpile of parts OR a standard rebuild of that chain drive system.

Many thanks!!
C

There are four on your machine.

Factory offered 2 or 3 large sizes by model
They offered 3 small sprocket sizes.

I am slow as molasses but i make small 15 tooth metric sprockets for the variator output. I can make the larger 36 and 42 tooth sprockets but i have not to date.

What sprocket are you seeking.
The 15tooth sprockets i make are the factory high speed ratio. I have 8 splined sprockets needing to be finished.

Thanks!

From what I understand, the variator output sprockets are still in good shape- but I’m not opposed to having a second set on hand.

I definitely need a new set of the large (42 tooth in this case) made. Speed is not so much of an issue- but what would you charge for two 42 tooth sprockets?

Also feel free to message me if you prefer! Thanks!

is your hub cracked or the teeth pulled off the body of the sprocket.

is your rig still running the oem chain or was SAE 80 pitch chain put on?

42 teeth speaks to being a trac master or ST4B
