LMC1500 blade mount hole distance dimensions.

I'm mounting a plow blade on a LMC/DMC 1500 and I need the dimensions of the positions of the top hydraulic cylinder mount holes for the lift cylinder on the LMC/DMC1500. Distance from the lift frame mount holes to the two upper ram clevis mount holes center to center and the distance from the tub face/ grill mount to those same hole centers. I have the side plates just no cross tube that the cylinder clevis mounts to. If my question isn't clear let me know and I'll try again. Thank you for your help.
