Thomas Sowell has said that - with each decision - we should ask "At what cost?" Get Trump at any cost means: a cost to taxpayers who will bear the burden of the interest paid by 'the state' - the cost of businesses being wary of doing business in NY - the cost of the perception of a fair trial in NY. Trumps biggest accomplishment is/was drawing out into the light - what has been done in the shadows for decades. These trials are acts of desperation. The world sees what they are doing and they'll remember.
