Their uniforms and the fact that many of those in the uniforms have "Saddam" mustaches makes me think these are Iraqi police or military from back when Hussein was in power.

I could be wrong but that clip looked very familar. As jdwilson44 said it looked like the Saddam days clips of the police mistreating suspects etc. I remember the clips of them throwing prisoners off a roof too.
Either way its pretty brutal treatment but the press pays more attention to what our guys do.

Very similar to our own "finest" thugs in uniforms.:mad:

I've never been involved, but as a bystander, I've witnessed the thugs open up on someone whom they said was "resisting arrest".
