That is awesome! the pics of the side hills gave me chills. :) and the late season snow being hard makes it even more fun :)

I did verify your claim that in fact the pictures were taken 4/14/2009 at 7:19 AM :-D

No, the road is probably 6 to 10 feet lower and about the same to the side. The first picture you can see the cut bank of one of the small snow slides that settled through that area.
