Its a 1980 DMC 3700 AC, 6500 hrs. So much work done to it I bet its appreciated in value to almost three grand. Dandy performance in deep snow and snow reomoval.

I do admire your Astro van cat.

Heres a different winter day.

The groomer is 12ft-6in wide, the blade is 15ft wide, the tracks are 58in wide and travels 6 mph.

The homebuilt is 7ft wide the tracks are 21in wide and will travel 40 mph.

This is really what its all about, serious fun.

4 miles from our house.

Pat,
I understand you have a portable homebuilt rope tow? How about letting us come up and play?
Can you post a picture of it?

couchloafer, yes thats true, we haven't used it in two years, but before that we used it every season starting in '85. 100's of boring stories about that. Give me a call or email, we do like small groups as long as they are backcountry experienced and equipped. I am not an outfitter. I'll dig up some photos.

wannagoflying, thanks for the comment!
I've got the spacers they are just like the ones in my machine, surely some room for improvement there, I finished up an OC12 rebuild Sunday and now on the lathe this week with both axle spacers and suspension bushings.
