Last Tucker run for the season - May 16th

We took our '63 443A for a last cruise on Vail Pass before putting her into summer storage. The snows in Red Cliff are long gone, however Vail Pass still has some decent depth. Some of the tree wells have melted out, however the snow is still pretty good. We didn't experience too much breakthrough of the upper crust - the snowpack seems stable, not too much "sugar" or depth hoar at ground level. I imagine the pack will go very quickly this week.

Not too bad for May 16th!

Here's some pics for everybody to enjoy-

Take Care and Regards - Mark (Broken Grouser)

WOW, all we have left here is MUD.

Thanks for the photos, they are beautiful. Looks like you had a great day.

Nice Pics. We really like the looks of the older Tuckers. You have a real nice machine. Would like to have one of those someday to restore.

Great pics. From the way that water is running and the temps in the west that snow will go fast.
