Any day now my daughter will be giving birth to our first Granddaughter....she is taking everything well and has no worries,bags packed and everything prepared to which i am so proud....then there is me..

I worry way to much...i must have checked the car fuel 10 times today just to make sure it is tanked up....i keep moving furniture for best place for this and that...every time she pulls a face i jump thinking it is time but most of all sleeping is a no go as i am on must go mode....

Wife thinks i am nuts but i cant help it...days to go yet lack of sleep feels like years....looked at the clock all night and i see 1.09...2.09...3.09 all through to 7.09 and just got up and checked fuel in the car

Got bored over the weekend so made and installed a stair gate...wife said "how many new born babies climb stairs??"...well it could be a first and i have covered that area

due date this coming saturday.....should i make her work the yard??

My wife is gonna think i am nuts and maybe kill me...i have 4 split level farm styled doors i have ordered for the down stairs of our home ....i feel to contain baby yet see her makes sense

Good job. Next you need a houseboat. We bought one when our first grand baby was on the way, so the baby could go boating with us. Grand Baby turns 6 this month and prefers skiing to the houseboat. So ... you wanna buy a houseboat?

Last week on the 19th Wednesday we welcomed a Granddaughter in to the world weighing in at 7.13 pounds and both mother and baby doing great from that date.

Thank you for all the kind comments,baby is so good.last night feed is 11pm she wakes at 3am then 7am for night feeds and is so content we have been so blessed.
