I helped a guy carry a washing machine and dryer up a steps tonight with no appliance cart. At the top he was breathing pretty darn heavy and my heart was probably at resting. yes I did help, he did not do all the work. It is nice the more fit of the crew. He was 30 years younger than me.

Good to know... Wednesday you can help me carry a solid wooden desk and pC with all the brass knobs attached up a few flight of stairs to my daughters apartment for her 20th birthday....bring a few beers we may need them:yum::yum::yum::yum:
