A win-win situation.

Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border.

Take the dirt and raise the levies in New Orleans.

Put the Florida alligators in it (the moat, that is) .

It probably be cheaper then the fence they are talking about installing. I don't see why they don't go high tech. Motion detectors/sensors like they have at Area 51.. they go off.. deploy the gunships.

Nah, I'd bet he'll contract the Alligator transport; large construction equiment is a much higher initial investment than welding up some heavy steel gator cages on trailers.
