Very disturbing is what she talked about regarding the requirement for "positionality statements" in scientific research papers, which basically means the researchers must reveal their identity markers (sex, race, sexuality, socioeconomic status, etc.) as part of the submission, as if the identity of the person is as important, or more important, than the scientific research itself. So now, instead of judging scientific research on its own merits, these leftists want us to judge scientific merits based on, at least in part, the group to which the researcher belongs, such as white people, or heterosexual people, as if people in those predesignated groups must think similarly, and fundamentally differently from people in other groups. That type of thinking is the essence of all the "isms" and "phobias" the left railed against for some many years. Now they are the ones championing it.
