J5/Muskeg Track Cleat Steel Thickness?

Hi all, I don't own any actual snowcats, but I am building a mini J5 skidder (approx 1/2 scale). Now from pictures I've seen I'm guessing 3/16" thick. I just wanted to make sure, 1/8" flat is cheaper but it would be a bummer to have my track cleats bending on me under stress ( I'll be using H.R. flat, unfortunately I am ill equipped to heat treat). Thank you all, I wont be starting the skidder until October at the latest. I'll be sure to post pictures.

P.S. This site has been a terrific resource for Bombi info, especially for the design stage of my project!

Yes the cleats are 3/16.
