Fidelity & Ameriprise do a nice job but they want control.
Your bank has a CDOR program that lets it manage all your CD's at other banks to stay under insured limits.
Quicken/Quickbooks have forums where you may be able to get advice and noodle the software to do exactly what you want. I have refused to look past the opening screen that shows a teenybopper giant check with account balance...
