Ditto. I just have a free basic account. Haven't had to use it for ages though.I have used e-fax for several years without problems.
Maybe I've been lucky, but I scrapped my fax machine and discontinued the separate phone line I had for it. Now I just scan documents to a pdf file and email them. This has worked out well for me.
It used to be that I received so many junk faxes that I was spending a lot of money on ink/toner for the fax machine to print a bunch of useless junk.

I never even had a fax machine. Still don't. But I can send them with this service. And why would I need to fax things when I can email them? Because some state agencies think email is more of a privacy risk than faxes.
