Interesting new knife.....

The blade is the killer here. That Co2 cartridge is not going to that much in human tissue. Might sell some knifes though....

Regards, Kirk

The video using the gel was not very impressive. What was interesting though, is that when the Co2 cartridge releases, the volume is about the size of a basketball.

Not new.

Its been around, in various forms, for a couple years. Doesn't seem to be making much of a splash in the marketplace.

Cute ... just cute. But I think I'll stay with my Randall and Blackjack knives. They're not gimmicky, but they are totally
reliable and can stand up to some pretty nasty crunches. The blade/handle joint on this thing would worry me no end if
it had to take any abuse out in the real world; I'm afraid it would be likely to fail. And knives such as this is supposed to
be
have to take a lot of abuse if they end up being used for their design purpose.

What worries me about things like this is the distinct possibility that uneducated people will buy them and trust their
lives, and the lives of their loved ones, to something my old cowboy mentor would call "junk not worth Hell-room"!
