Imp rubber drive sprockets

I'm in process of rear end repair on my imp. The rubber doesn't look TOO bad. The two piece rims need some work. The holes are very elongated. Doesn't look too bad for a welder or machine shop to cut, patch, and re drill the 5 holes.

BUT.. Should I do the sprockets since they are off?

Does someplace like fall line do rubber too? or do they just make it urethane? Do I need to send them the whole rim, or just the outer piece?

thanks.

most all the guys use urethane, it will out last the rubber that gets hard and cracks. if they are good I would just drive on I think it's around 400 bucke each to get them recovered and fall line would not be my first choice. minnasota out doors and I believe snowcat pat does it on the west coast.

Thanks.

Any idea how 'deep' the teeth are supposed to be new? I didn't drive the cat much. Only maybe a quarter mile in total. Never got a track slip, and there was plenty of slap in them.

There were several styles of "sprocket" on the Imps. I think you have the earliest style. Please post a photo. I may have one left that is good.

I head to work tomorrow morning for a week. I'll try and snap a pic on dog walk before I leave.

It's the two part rim. 5 lug holes.

One of my rims is quite bad. Last time someone had it off they flipped it. Holes are so stretched and beat up I thought they were DESIGNED as slots.

I'm sure I can have a welder cut, patch and then re drill the 5 lug holes.

Other one I can live with. Especially if I find some larger size tire lug nuts (with the cone shape that centers the wheel)
