Just got word this morning that the Imp we bought in Massachusetts was picked up at 7am eastern time by freight company.
After 3weeks,50 Emails, and 2 book binders of paper work, it seams ok to get machine across border into Canada.
The Imp is coming to Vancouver Island in the province of British Columbia which is on the west coast of Canada.
When she arrives [about monday] we will be treating her to some fresh snow as our remote cabin is still snow bound.
Will keep you posted.

Bower1 just where on the Island are you. I am just across the water In the little town of Powell River. We to have a lot of the white stuff on the ground at the local cabin. About 8 feet still. I tell you that having a little cat to get you back and forth to the cabin, in the mountians, is a lot of fun. I know that you will enjoy it. :thumb:

What kind of Imp did you get the standard track or wide track, or the Super Imp?

Hi Allen
I live on this side of the water at Courtenay. The cabin where I will be using machine is up near Bridge lake at 100 mile house.
Back in 1974 we did a lot of snowmobiling on Mt.Washington but when ski hill moved in that pretty well ended our area.
My neighbour across the street is a Parsons, any relation?

hi fogtender
The imp is a standard track. Being new to this type of machine I have a lot to learn.
I would liked to have got a super imp but decided on a 1404 to start with.

The wife and I were in Courtenay just last week. And it looks like you still have a lot of snow in the hills still.
As for your neighour, Its hard to say, there are a few of us over there. I have lost count of how many there are and just where they all are living.
The photo gallery here has some photos of the area that we play in and the snow that we get. This year there was about 13feet at the Knucklehead cabin and a good 20 feet at the Emma lake cabin.
The old 323 Tucker had no trouble at all in the white stuff.
