That looks like a black & white photo (pun not intended:eek::D) of an ER episode. The guy putting pressure on the patient's leg looks like Dr. Pratt (or maybe Dr. Benton - I don't know:eek::StickOutT). I stopped watching that show quite a while ago. They dramatize everything too much for my taste.:StickOutT
