Idler Axle

Greetings,
I have not posted much, so this may not turn out right.
I am working on my 1977 Thiokol 1404 Imp and discovered that the rear axle is loose where it mounts to the body. I can move it a little by hand.
Any recommedations on how to fix. There is not a lot to anchor to.

Thanks,

Ive cut one out and changed it. Not the worst job.

I sleeved the inside before final welding to ensure it wouldnt flex with the weight of a bombardier cross country tracksetter i carry.
