I overused my daily spending

I spent something over 1000 euros in PC programs and ebooks this past Friday. I tried to purchase Foxit Advanced Reader but my visa was denied. I realize that I went over the limit of my daily spending. I must still have over 17,000 euros still in my account, but, I went too far. I should have spent less, but I was overenthusiastic.

What happens now? Will I be able to use my visa again tomorrow, having waited 24 hours, to spend money again, or will I have to take this issue up with my local bank?
 
I can't speak for Europe but here in the land of the red white and blue, after the clock strikes midnight you can go ahead and spend like a drunken democrat again.
