I hates movies with inconsistent volume.

It rages me to no end.

The entire movie is eerily quiet and then a quick and sudden loud boom/bang/etc...

Work great for scary movies, but keep it the fuck out of all other genre

Especially at home. It's not too bad in the theaters since they play it so loud anyway. But at home, with then sound down to a reasonable leavel, the differences are huge.

And then there's network tv's commercials with the volume at 150% of normal.................

screw the movies i hate comercials that are 5 to 10 db higher than the programing i try to use the dvr to skip movies but not always
