A woman quickly stepped onto the platform of the plaza and tripped on the rounded kerb and fell flat on her face. She took out her mobile and called the 911, her ribs throbbing in pain.

"I fell, over." She said, having trouble breathing.

"Sorry, ma'am. I didn't quite hear you. Please repeat."

"I tripped and fell."

"The trip ended well?"
