I am thankful.

God sees to it that my NEEDS are met and as long as I don't give it too much thought I am happy. Anything beyond my needs is a bonus as is every day I have left on this earth. I have had a lot of stuff over the years, but stuff comes and goes kind of like the tide in the sea. Some of our best times ever was when we were scratching hard to just get by and feed the children. I can't take it with me so I just try to enjoy life one day at a time.

I get to go play pin cushion tomorrow at the cancer center. Traffic will be a nightmare with the race at the Glen today. All the campers wait till Monday morning to leave. If you only have traffic headaches once a year it ain't bad.

Cows always look sad Muley. Imagine a life of eating bug laden grass, standing in the rain, knowing some old fart with arthritic hands will be grabbing your teats twice a day.

Well i sure don't milk the steers! But I will shoot them in the head and cut them up. As far as standing in the rain, they have a roof to get under if they want. They stay out in it till it pounds down too hard or when it hails.
