I have a customer who is having trouble with his email and I am trying to help, at least i was trying until I found out his workstation or laptop is Apple. I don't have apple and do not know where the settings are for mail. Hoping one of you will enlighten me so I can try to help this guy.
He is receiving email okay, but cannot sent emails. So I am looking for where you set your outgoing email settings. Any tips or hints on this setup would be greatly appreciated. TIA
