Here are 2 muskegs & a trailer that the owner is thinking about selling. The first one is a 1971 & the second is a 1975 model. They were running when parked there 4 years ago. Looks like V8's in them. Everything looks like it's there. He was thinking about selling the works as a package.

Very nice machines ! I see a lot of potential, considering what a lot of us start with before restoring them. As for the offer, I would let the owner say what he wants.

$10 K sounds like alot for major restorations that don't even run??? The one has a winch and the other forestry dump with the winch by the cab and fairleads made into the dump body, which are nice.
What would they be worth restored?? and subtract the cost to restore and there is your value, unless its something you "gotta have', then the value goes up!!
I don't think I would go more that $5k, if I knew the drivetrans were good, and they were close by, low transportation cost. If they started and drove, maybe more???? Good luck!!!!! Certainly are cool projects!!

I think the price will be around $10,000.00 for the works..

No way $10K. Given the condition, etc... no way the package is worth more than $5K but more like $2500-4K given the condition. BUT... sometimes there's a buyer depending on the 'want' and the 'need'.

10 K is way too much money ....JMO

I be pushing hard to pay anything over scrap steel price . At $2500 you would be very fair .

Thanks for the input. That's what I wanted to know.....I need a few big hole rims to swap for the older small hole rims that fit my bombardier B12 like the ones on J5 Welder's machine.

OT.
