How do I export short video clips?

I have a "FLIP" video camera and I took a short video of my daughter beating the living snot out of a nationally ranked fencer today at a fencing tournament. (the match lasted about 30 seconds)

I'd like to somehow export the video out of my iPhoto library and post it onto the Photobucket website so my brother and sister can view the video.

When I plug the FLIP video camera into my Apple PowerBook it automatically downloads the video into the iPhoto program. So I guess my question is how do I get it out of iPhoto? What format do I use to be compatible with PhotoBucket or with YouTube?

I'm pretty sure both of those sites will "automagically" convert to the correct format.
