What's behind the reason 4 Sale ???

I'm leaving California for good . This is a life change for the wife and I .

As of now we will spend summers in the Idaho back country at the Ranch and winters will be spent in Panama at the Island house .
I always said I would sell the place after Dad was gone .

I hope to be all moved to Idaho by late spring .

Hey Al, don't know if you need it but one of my buddies is a real estate agent there in Grass Valley. Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks for the nice comments .
Yes it was a true labor of love . I built it for me and my 2 children after my divorce . That was in 1990 . Man, how things change . I remarried and added another daughter since then .
Kids are all grown and gone on to their own homes now and its just the wife and I . California has changed too much and Dad has passed away .

Our lives are now surrounded in working on the old Ranch in Idaho and helping the Indians in Panama .
Lots of good memories here and I hope someone can buy it I make some new ones ,of their own .

Very nice.... Wish I could see it in person...
If you need anything in idaho let me know. although I bet you are a ways away from where I am at, but I can still see what we can do
