High-Low Camper For Sale

Location is Northern Panhandle W.V. The year is 1989 and is in real decent shape for it's age. Been sitting under a deck carport for last 2 years without using it and I'm tired of paying taxes on it. First 3,500 takes it and please PM me here or post for any questions you may have. There are new springs, bushings, and bearings installed with only a few thousand miles since then.

I have a couple questions.

How much does it weigh?
Do I assume correctly that it has brakes (both axles?)?
Does it have a generator or inverter?
How long is it?
How many beds?
Full bathroom?
How big is the sewer holding tank?
Who is the manufacturer?

Dry weight is listed at 3,675 lbs. it does have electric brakes on both axles. There is central roof air which worked well the only time we used it. We always preferred primitive camping ourselves. The length is 24' and it pulls real well on the road without excessively eating into your gas mileage. We pulled it with 1/2 ton pickups. It holds 30 gal fresh water, we're thinking 30 gal. black and 20 gal. gray water. It's supposed to and listed as sleeping 6 with 3 beds and would with smaller children. And their is a full bathroom but the shower tub is small. I felt like a elephant in a dishpan but it worked. And the manufacture is high-low and they are not inexpensive trailers to buy new or otherwise. There is nether a generator or a inverter for 110 power on this unit. All lighting is 12 v and all accessories also run either 12 v or propane. There is a 12 v inverter battery charger on unit to charge batteries and supply 12 v power if you're where their is access to power. In cold weather we could usually get 3 days occasionally running a forced air furnace before firing up a real small quiet generator to recharge batteries. Have all the books for everything concerning this unit and there's a stack of them about 2'' thick.

Update: Sold 4/17/09 for $3,750 to the first people to actually come look at it.

Curious, if you were selling for $3500, why did the buyer have to pay $3750?

I guess I'll give you a brief explanation on that matter. After we heard nothing more from bczoom about further interest in it. And no one else seemed interested we posted it on the classifieds of a local T.V. station at a higher price allowing us some wiggle room. Well we came down 500 dollars on it without the dickering process and still came out some ahead of our real bottom line. They are happy a feel they chiseled us some and we're happy we got our asking price. So I guess in this case it was a win / win situation for both of us.

I would have liked to gobble that up from you, but the problem is I'd have to find storage for it. Rates around here at $10/foot per month.
