So I'll do my best to give a decent intro!

My name is Ashley...people usually call my Witchy. I'm a theater buff. I love Musical theater. It is my favorite style of music. I've been in a number of different style productions. I aspire to work in the theater. If I can't manage to get any jobs on the stage, I'm going to get certified in stage make-up. I'm going through cosmo. school next year. SO I'll find a job back stage! I have a tarantula named Aphrodite. I have a Gothic sheik style.


Anything else you're curious about? Just ask. I'm pretty open about anything!:thumb:

Well Ashley, I have been known to dress goth when I go out with my best friend Josie.
She's TOTAL goth/tattooed and a 4th grade school teacher to boot.
I'd love to hear more about your love for the theater, because I love it too.
Anything theatrical from modern to whatever.
I bet you'd do a good job being involved with The Rocky Horror Picture Show back stage makeup lol
I've attended many of their productions in various places and a lot more theater in my time.

I wish I looked like that! I'm about that pale though...(Not quite by choice I have melanoma, and don't want it to become malignant...so I stay away from sun.) I do my eyes semi-like that most of the time.


I live in a rather small un-educated, un-sophisticated town. It's slightly suffocating for any theater lover!

Being from this small-red-neck-esk town, I try to "conserve" my gothey style. I limit myself to funky knee length skirts, the occasional corset, and amazing jackets, and shoes. When I am here I call my style Conserve-a-goth, because while I'm holding in so much gothey fun...I still ooze a victorian gothic air.

I like it...but none of the cowboy hats like my style. What ev. right? As soon as I graduate CFCC here I'm out to New York City to attend AMDA!(the american musical and dramatic academy!)



I can tell...I'm going to love this forum.

A few theater things going on with me right now:

Thespian competition!!!!
I am singing a solo, a duet, preforming two contrasting monologues, and I'm in an amazing one act! ( I built the set for that today with the S.M.)

I'm auditioning for "Songs For A New World" Monday.

I also have choral competition in a few weeks. There I have fur solos, 5 including our Show Choirs choral piece ( i have about 16 measures of solo in it)

A few of the wonderfully stressful highlights.:tiphat:

Haha, I am quite thick skinned...and people call me a "Sport arguer":argueing:

I have a pretty sarcastic sense of humor...have to be careful about that online... people can't hear the sarcastic-ness in my voice. SO if I say anything that sounds like it might be mean...it's probably just a harmless joke.

Victorian/Classy Goth is aces.

Dregs of the earth/death/ tons O' hardware/ ratty clothes and such isn't very appealing.

Rocky Horror Picture Show, that is one I have not heard in a long long time. Saw that in Louisville about 25 years ago. Loved it

She surprised me to. I had to ban her due to age, but she represented herself well on here. I invited her back once she reaches the magic age of 18. So maybe we'll hear from her again in a year and a half or so.
