is this legal. I want and need photoshop for some pic editing and making a slide show of my daughters wedding. I PAY for software, not paying and getting caught is expensive. I found this site http://bargainsoftwaredownload.com/index.html on a google search for photoshop.

if it is LEGAL, heck yeah, I dont need support or the book and I will make a backup of the download.

thanks

is this legal.

Probably not.

From their FAQ:

How can we offer these prices? We are offering a service, mainly a software backup service.
Please refer to our TERMS page, section 2.

What do I do I do after I make my payment?
After you have paid for your software you should
receive an email from us within 24 to 48 hrs containing a link to download your software. You will not
receive a CD R in the mail to your physical address.

Will I be able to register my product?
All titles DO NOT qualify for registration with the provided serial number. The serial number is
provided for installation and update purposes only. If you do not need technical support for your
software, you will not need to register your software anyway. If you want to register your product, you
will need to buy the retail product at full price.

Are the products on your site demo's?
No, all the products on our site are full professional
versions of the software.

Its been 48 hours and still no link, what should I do? All you need to do is simply email us at

admin@bargainsoftwaredownload.com
and provide us with your order number and we will re-send
you your download information.

I have dial-up Internet and I keep getting knocked offline when I try to download the
software, what should I do?
If you have access to a broadband Internet connection and a CD
burner, you can download the file from that computer and burn it to a CD-R for installation on your
home PC. If you can not or don't wish to do that, we recommend you get a free program like
Download Accelerator which allows you to resume a download once you are knocked offline.

I am having a hard time unzipping these programs, whats the problem?
You will need to
download a program called WINRAR to unzip our programs. Using Winzip will not work. Winrar can be
downloaded from our site and is free. You will also receive the download link in the email with your
order.

Can I buy Mac software?
All of our software is for PC - Windows only.

I am trying to download this software but it keeps stalling at around 95 - 99% but wont quite
finish....what gives?
Well the main problem is usually because you have firewalls running or virus
protection software. We recommend you disable all of this software while you are downloading from
us to prevent any of these problems.

Isn't this considered software piracy? Absolutely NOT
. We are providing a service protected
under US Copyright law Section 117. This is completely legal and in no way are we breaking any
Copyright laws. Please see our
legal page.

If the software cannot be registered with Adobe, then stay away. You can go on eBay and purchase a academic version (if you have anyone in your family that is in school) for around $250. At least that is on the up-and-up.

They are charging enough for it that it makes me wonder. I would be tempted, but might check with Adobe to see what they say about the offer.
I know you can do anything with your photos with photoshop but I've never seen (or looked for) the slide show option. I'm still useing version 7. It does everything I need.

Depending on how much photo editing you want to do, look into Adobe Photoshop Elements/Premiere Elements bundle. You can find it usually for less than $140. This is how I've been doing our DVD slideshows for our business since our house burnt. It works pretty well for light (crop/fill/fix scratches) photo editing. For the price it is hard to be the power you get.

OK guys and gals, have to tell you what is up today! I got my new camera, nikon d 80, I got my new studio stuff, 4 light setup that ROCKS for the $$$ spent, new backgrounds, and now for the fun. 16 years ago I worked for myself parttime as a photog..............could have been full but why when insurance was free back then. Anyway then I had to make money to pay the help, bills, etc. Now I get to do this for FUN! Right now half of my living room is setup for pics, all I need is a body. Going to try the cats, some of my knives, etc for the immediate, but can not wait to get a human in front of them.

this is more fun than I have had since I got the bota 4 years ago..........

Well this subject wont thrill you like a model would, but might give you some insight into the crazy wacked out Danny.........a few of the first pics with the new stuff..........digi of course.

you really are not that far............dont ask how I know.........:weneedpic
Actually, I have posed for a professional artist to paint me back in '89.
It was a gift for my first hubby.
Then I posed for something like glamour shots, only it was a bit racier.
Nothing rude.
Just classy and nice stuff. :)

you know what I am talking about then, love classy portraits of the lady form.

and no they wont be posted here first, and not unless pirate girl gives her ok...............

Me too, me too! :jumpingSm
