Hello I am Jackie and I am just a normal single mom of a 16 year old son. Divorced back in June due to my ex was messing around, have moved on ever since. Hobbies are working on anything with an engine mainly vehicles, semi trucks and heavy equipment. Also into auctions being an auctioneer on weekends, hunting and fishing. I am the youngest of 5, four older brothers in my life whom say I have a mouth of a Marine which is true. I did 8 years in the Marines which changed my life around in the right direction of life. Hung around the bad crowd at one time and knew this had to stop after I turned 18 deciding to enlist in the Marines

It sounds like much of what is the best part of you came from your experience in the Marines. If I had to choose, and I did, the Marines would be my choice.
I'm sure you know you weren't a Marine for just 8 years. Because you will always be a Marine.

Thank you for your service. Navy, Vietnam here. Locally I'm working with others to get women veterans together so they can enjoy a camaraderie among themselves because no one knows them better than themselves. I realized that about ten years ago when I started hanging around with other Vietnam veterans. We shared information about Agent Orange and other things and it helped. It's something to think about where you live.

I share it with other veterans that were in the same situation I was in
