hi all, i`m Lane. i have a few years on me, and a little bark..lol
i like reading, writing, playing guitar. i write free-verse, and now trying lyrics. its a little harder the lyrics part you have to write, and re-write, and re-write..lol. i never make to much noise. hope to meet you all.

hello Ironman, I have music.. not on you-tube, as soon as I have a look around and find a place to post a tune I will. various friends played guitar when I was a teen, and I self taught. now its medicine"...lol I think it keeps a kindness and the tollerance in me and lets the harsh days go. writing does the same. I think we all find something, fishing, hunting, bowling..or we`d just go nuts!

Hey Lane! Nice to see another guitar player on here. How do you like the ovation? I've looked at them but settled on an ibanez jumbo cutaway. Mine's the same color as the one in that picture. I currently have the itch for a takamine eg523. Nice looking guitar. How many guitars do you have?

hi Groomer, the ovation has a sound all its own, its a deep bowl, a little hard to keep in your lap" while your playing...lol its a old model and the new ovations don`t compare with it, if I had the choice i`d go with the takamine eg523 the Eagles endorsed the guitar years ago and I think they just get better. i have friends that swear by them. i have three guitars..
ovation accoustic/electric and I have a carlo robelli accoustic/electric [american made] very durible guitar thin and light weight. then I have a junk strat" clone i beat the hell out of...lol I also have a Electromuse lap steel guitar. it was made 4yrs
1947 to 50. its pretty rare i`ve only found 3 out there. the pain in owning it..i can`t play steel! i`ll throw some pics on so you can see if you want a look. thanks again for the welcome.

I`ll go post something now, and do a little commenting while i`m there.
if you don`t care for the music its ok, most of the people I run with are brutally honest..I like that.
